Upgrading your kitchen or creating an entire new look begins with your initial consultation. We get to know you
and your family and can determine what your needs are. There is no fee for your initial visit.

We generally begin by meeting you in our showroom, introducing you to our many lines of products and discussing the vision
you have for your kitchen. We can also explain our many design services.

During this appointment, your designer will interview you and gain important insights as to your needs.
Some questions we will ask include:

• What kind of cooking do you do most?
• How often do you entertain? How many guests are present?
• How many people usually cook in your kitchen at one time?
• What are your food and equipment storage preferences?
• What style of décor do you desire?

Your vision, combined with our expertise, allows us to create the concepts that will become your dream kitchen, bathroom,
or other newly designed space.

During this step, we will review your questionnaire and budget and discuss which products will be right for your project. We also will
either visit your home and take measurements of your existing space, or will work with floor plans and measurements that you bring
into our showroom.

Before starting to design your project, we will arrive at a mutually acceptable fee arrangement. When creating a budget with Accent
on Homes, please keep in mind the following:

• Initial design work is provided on an hourly fee basis, subject to a maximum limit, which is applied toward your cabinet order.
• Furnishings are generally provided on the basis of a mark-up over our cost (in most cases slightly less than retail).

If you choose to hire your own contractors, we can manage the construction process for either an hourly fee or a percentage of the
project cost.
 

Your preliminary drawings will be generated based on our discussions. Once they are prepared, we will contact you to set up an
appointment to review them with you.

After your review of the drawings, we will offer you the choice of purchasing the drawings/layout only (with one revision), purchasing
cabinetry only (drawings/layout complimentary with cabinet purchase), or contracting us to do the entire project from start to finish.
We can also work with a builder or installer that you’ve hired.

Once your orders are confirmed, we will give you a delivery date and provide an approximate installation schedule. There is generally
a 6- to 10-week lead time from ordering until cabinets are ready for installation. Our installation manager will schedule the delivery
and installation of your new cabinets and countertops.

We will begin the process of handling any remodeling, construction and demolition projects that are required, including removing your
old cabinetry and then begin installation of your new products.

We can also coordinate any electrical work, plumbing, or installation of appliances and flooring necessary to complete the project.
We have experienced installers who are considerate of customer needs and attentive to details.
